Shipping Policy
What You Need to Know
We are based in Speedway, Indiana. We will try our best to pay for all shipping costs, but if we run int issues we will contact you via email. We will not ship out any orders until we have received payment, so keep that in mind when ordering!
Returns and Refunds

If a bottle breaks during shipping, please contact us and show us a picture of the broken bottle and we will send you a replacement with no charge! If you break the bottle, you may contact us, and we will email you about replacement costs!
Warranty at EK Designs
Our Policy
Since our products are made with glass bottles, they are extremely fragile. If a bottle breaks during shipping or within a week of receiving the product, we will replace it free of charge. However, if this happens, please send us an email with a picture of the bottle and the date it was broken!

We promise that we will share your name, address, or email with anyone that is outside of our business. We may email you to ask for pictures of your products when you have received them to post on our social media accounts. We will not post any pictures of you or your products without your consent!
